RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Natural pearls are different from modern manufactured products and there may be subtle differences between each piece of jewellery and the commercial picture. This small uncertainty is one of the surprises of buying natural pearl jewellery.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
According to the statutory return policy, the return period is 14 days.
Goods are applicable for a return provided that the Merchandise is still in “Sellable Condition”. "Sellable Condition" means that the merchandise is returned in its original packaging with the original labels, garment tags, price tags, return tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, dust bags, and boxes intact. The merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original saleable condition, and there should be no damage to the merchandise.
* Pearl earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Within 30 days of returning the goods, you will receive your refund. If you made the purchase using a credit card, we will credit the money back to your credit card account. For payments made through PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. In the case of cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments, the funds will be transferred to your bank account. You will receive all refund details via email.
The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in “Sellable Condition” remains within FeePearl's sole discretion and its decision shall be final.

DELIVERY
If a customer fails to accept delivery (Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused by Recipient), the parcel will automatically ship back to FeesPearl and the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For processing purposes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order. THE SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
FeesPearl reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

DAMAGED GOODS
If you wish to return or exchange goods due to faulty items, you must first submit a written request by e-mail (info@feespearl.com). Feespearl will determine whether the return or exchange standards are met.
If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 7 days of delivery, indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. FeesPearl will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
In such cases, all charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) will be borne by us.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition (Sellable Condition). If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.

ON SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL RELEASE ITEMS AND COLLABORATION ITEMS
All SALE ITEMS, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
All promotional, sale, special release and collaboration items sold are FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Please make sure you review your order before purchasing any of these items.In regards to special releases and sale items, the number of processing days for damaged goods may be subjected to change.
