Feespearl and the owners of the website's intellectual property rights hold all intellectual property rights related to the website and its components.

On this basis and following applicable intellectual property laws, the website and its components are permitted exclusively for private use. Therefore, complete or partial reproduction, display, or modification of pages, data, or features related to the presentation and content of the website through any means and using any methods is prohibited unless there is explicit prior consent from Feespearl or the owner of the intellectual property rights of the website.

Subject to specific provisions for online sales and consumer protection laws, Feespearl shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind, any cause, any origin, any nature, or for their consequences arising from the visit to the website or its use. Feespearl does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website. Feespearl disclaims any liability for interruptions or unavailability of the website related to errors or viruses or due to damages caused by the fraudulent actions of third parties (such as hacking), which may alter the information provided through the website or prevent access to the website. Therefore, the user acknowledges that they accept the characteristics and limitations of the internet. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Feespearl endeavors to maintain adequate functionality and availability of the website. Feespearl reserves the right to restrict access to the website and its use by users at any time and without notice to perform maintenance and make changes to the website. Feespearl cannot be held liable for any interruption of access due to these maintenance or update operations.

The prices of the items are listed in Euros and include value-added tax (VAT). Unless expressly stated otherwise when placing an order through the online store or by phone with customer service, the prices do not include delivery costs. These delivery costs are billed separately in addition to the price of the purchased items. The delivery costs will be displayed before the buyer registers the order. The various delivery options are outlined in the general sales conditions below and are presented on the website. Feespearl may change these at any time. Therefore, Feespearl recommends that buyers regularly read the general sales conditions contained on the website. The prices applicable to items sold online through the website are the prices in effect at the time of the order by the buyer. Feespearl may change fees for objects at any time. The buyer will be informed of this change before placing an order and will always have the right to cancel the order.

Feespearl conducts regular checks to ensure that the applied prices are correct. However, some expenses may be subject to errors. If Feespearl discovers a price error has occurred about an order, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. Feespearl reserves the right to cancel orders for an item with a noticeable price error. If payment has already been made for the order, the buyer will receive an immediate refund of the corresponding amount paid. If the order has already been delivered, the buyer may need to return it to Feespearl as applicable.

Feespearl makes every effort to ensure a high level of security for the personal information of its customers. However, customers also play a role in protecting their data. Customers must, in particular, maintain the safety of their online transactions. For example, they should never disclose their identification (customer's email address) and passwords to others and should change passwords regularly. Therefore, Feespearl cannot be held liable for disclosing customer information to individuals who have used the customer's identification (email address) and password. Using the customer's title (email address) and password is considered proof of identity and results in the due amounts once the order is confirmed. Feespearl cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for the fraudulent use of such information.

The provision of a credit or debit card number and the final confirmation of the order proves that the mentioned order has been accepted and results in the due amounts for the items selected in the order. The automated records stored in the IT systems of Feespearl and its partners are considered proof of communications, charges, and payments made by or between the customer and Feespearl.

As defined by Feespearl, the fulfillment of Feespearl's obligations to the customer will be entirely or partially suspended if an event of force majeure occurs, as described by applicable laws, which hinders or delays such fulfillment.

Feespearl will notify the customer of this unforeseeable event or force majeure within seven (7) days. If this suspension continues for over fifteen (15) days, the customer can cancel outstanding orders. In this case, a refund will be issued according to the conditions outlined in Article 8 of these general sales conditions.
